Our Founder and Chief Executive Officer

With more than 25 years of experience across private equity, venture capital, and real estate investments in Latin America, I bring extensive expertise in deal structuring, mergers and acquisitions, international tax planning, legal and accounting matters, asset management, and investor reporting.

Since 2015, my professional focus has been on advising established and emerging family offices, as well as high-net-worth individuals, throughout Latin America, supporting them in navigating complex financial, structural, and generational challenges.

Previously, I served as an Executive Partner at Grupo Pegasus (2003–2015), a leading regional investment firm with operations in Argentina and across Latin America. Earlier in my career, I worked as an Associate at Brea Solans & Asociados (1996–2003), where I was involved in audit and due diligence engagements and developed a specialization in business process outsourcing for multinational companies.
